Crypto checkout is not new. What is unusual is the price. Every established crypto gateway takes a slice of each transaction because it sits in the money flow: it receives the coins, swaps them, holds them, and pays out later. Vexaris Checkout does none of those things. The coins go from your buyer's wallet straight into your own wallet, and our software only reads a public blockchain to confirm that it happened.
That architectural choice is the entire product. It is why the platform fee is 0%, why the free plan can offer it, and why your funds never enter a Vexaris account, because no such account exists.
Quick Answer: Vexaris Checkout lets a store accept USDT and USDC on the TRON network with a 0% platform commission, because the payment never passes through Vexaris. The buyer sends stablecoins directly to an address you control, and the platform only monitors the public TRON ledger to confirm the transfer, then delivers the order automatically. There is no custody, no payout schedule and no swap margin, so there is no commission to charge. Setup takes one pasted wallet address or a small address pool. The feature is included on every plan including the free plan at $0/month, and buyers do not need an account, an app, or a card.
Most payment products ask you to trust a sentence. Here is the whole flow instead, and you can verify every line of it on a public block explorer without asking us anything.
| Step | Who acts | Does money touch Vexaris? |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Buyer picks "Crypto" at checkout | Your store | No money yet |
| 2. Store shows address, exact amount, QR code and a countdown | Your store, using your wallet address | No |
| 3. Buyer sends USDT or USDC from their own wallet | Buyer's wallet to your wallet | Never. The transfer is wallet to wallet |
| 4. Vexaris reads the public TRON ledger and matches the transfer | Our software, read only | No funds, only public data |
| 5. Order is delivered: file, license key, balance top up, email | Your store | No |
That is what "non-custodial" means in practice. Vexaris never holds a private key for your funds, never sits between buyer and seller, and cannot freeze, delay or reverse your money, because your money was never ours to touch. The blockchain is the only middleman and it is a public one.
Crypto gateways are not greedy by accident. Their fee pays for real work: they receive coins on your behalf, which means they take custody risk, run hot and cold wallets, handle swaps to fiat or stablecoins, absorb chain congestion, and staff support when a payment lands short. Every one of those tasks costs money, and the per-transaction fee is how they fund it.
Vexaris Checkout deletes the tasks instead of optimizing them. There is nothing to custodian, so no custody risk. Nothing to swap, so no swap margin. Nothing to pay out on a schedule, so no treasury operation. What remains is a read-only blockchain watcher and a checkout page, and that cost is already covered by the plan price.
| Product type | Published base fee (verified November 2026) | What the fee pays for |
|---|---|---|
| Vexaris Checkout | 0% platform commission | Nothing per sale. Store pays the plan price only |
| Typical hosted crypto gateway | About 0.5% to 1% per transaction, plus swap fees when converting | Custody, conversion, payouts, support |
| BTCPay Server (self-hosted, open source) | 0%, no third party | You pay in server, node maintenance and your own time |
| Card gateways | About 2.9% plus a fixed fee | Card network and acquirer rails |
The honest line: BTCPay Server is also 0%, and it is excellent software. The difference is what you pay outside the fee column. BTCPay asks you to run a node, keep it patched and online, and accept that a disk failure is your outage. Vexaris Checkout asks you to paste a wallet address. If you enjoy running infrastructure, BTCPay is a great answer. If you want the store to just work, that is the gap this product fills.
There is no account to create with a payment provider, no business verification queue, and no waiting for approval. The reason is the same as before: nobody is taking custody of anything, so there is nothing to underwrite.
The buyer sees a two step page. First their details, then the payment card: the coin selector (USDT or USDC), your receiving address with a copy button, the exact amount to six decimal places, a QR code that mobile wallets can scan, and a 30 minute countdown. Under it, a status line checks every five seconds and tells them what is happening in plain language.
The six decimal places are not decoration. Each order gets a tiny unique amount tag, for example 20.003741 instead of 20.00, so two open orders on the same address can never be confused with each other. When the transfer is confirmed and matched, the page flips to a delivery screen and the order, license key or balance top up is already there.
If the buyer closes the tab, nothing is lost. The store sweeps open payments on ordinary page loads, so a payment that arrives with the tab closed is still matched and delivered within a couple of minutes, and a payment that arrives after the window expires is flagged as a late payment rather than silently ignored.
This list matters more than the feature list, because it defines where our responsibility ends and yours begins.
Three honest reasons to skip this, even though we built it:
Your buyers do not have stablecoins. If your audience pays by card and has never touched a wallet, adding crypto changes nothing except an extra option in a menu. Crypto checkout converts best where the audience already holds USDT, which is common in gaming, keys, accounts, software licenses and cross-border digital goods.
You need chargeback protection as a buyer right. Crypto transfers are final. There is no dispute process to fall back on. If your product category attracts frequent disputes, cards are the safer channel for your customers, and you should keep them.
You want the platform to handle your accounting and taxes. Stablecoin income is still income, and it is your bookkeeping. We do not produce invoices on your behalf for fiat tax filings.
Yes. Crypto checkout is available on the free plan, which costs $0 and needs no credit card. The free plan has product and lifetime sales limits like every other channel on the platform, so the ceiling is the plan, not the payment method. Paid plans raise or remove those limits, and the platform commission stays at 0% on all of them.
One cost you should know about, because almost nobody mentions it: receiving USDT is free, but moving USDT out of a TRON address requires a small amount of TRX for network energy, roughly a few dollars worth per transfer depending on the address. Money is never lost if TRX is missing, it simply stays in your wallet until you add some. Plan for a small TRX float on your receiving addresses and you will never notice.
Vexaris Checkout is a non-custodial crypto payment method for Vexaris stores. It lets a store accept USDT and USDC on the TRON network with a 0% platform commission, by sending funds directly to the seller's own wallet and using the public blockchain as the source of truth for confirmation.
No. Crypto never enters a Vexaris account. The buyer's transfer goes wallet to wallet into an address you control, and Vexaris only reads the public ledger to confirm the amount and deliver the order. There is no pooled balance to withdraw from, which is why there is no commission and no payout delay.
0%. Vexaris charges no percentage of crypto sales at any plan tier. The only per-sale cost is the network fee your buyer's wallet pays to the blockchain, which does not go to Vexaris. The store pays its plan subscription and nothing else.
USDT and USDC on the TRON network (TRC-20), the two stablecoins most commonly held by digital goods buyers. Additional networks are on the roadmap and will be announced on the same pricing page, not in a marketing promise.
No account, no card and no identity verification on the buyer side. The buyer sends stablecoins from any wallet that supports TRC-20 and receives the product automatically, which is one reason crypto checkout converts well in regions where cards are blocked or refused.
Yes. It is included on the free plan at $0 with no credit card required. The free plan has product and lifetime revenue limits shared across all payment channels, so the limit is the plan, not the crypto method.
Payments are matched against the exact expected amount and a time window. A payment slightly short within a 2% tolerance is delivered with a partial flag, a larger shortfall is held for manual review, and a payment that arrives after the order expires is marked as a late payment in the admin panel with a one click delivery button. Nothing is silently discarded.
No. Vexaris reads the blockchain through a hosted RPC provider. There is nothing to install, patch or monitor, unlike self-hosted solutions such as BTCPay Server, which cost 0% in fees but require you to run and maintain infrastructure.

Sources and verification: fee ranges for hosted crypto gateways reflect published base rates and swap fees as of November 1, 2026, and exclude account specific pricing; BTCPay Server is open source and self hosted at 0% fee; card processing rates from major gateway public pricing; TRON network energy and bandwidth costs from public documentation. Vexaris pricing and plan limits from our own pages, checked the same day.
Disclosure: Vexaris builds and sells this product, so treat our comparison with the skepticism it deserves. That is why this page states plainly where a competitor (BTCPay Server) also charges 0%, lists the cases where you should not use crypto, and mentions the TRX detail that costs you a few dollars and that a marketing page would quietly omit.
Vexaris takes no cut from your sales: no per-order percentage, no revenue share. Your branded storefront, automated delivery, and license inventory are ready the moment your account is created. Start free, upgrade as you grow.
